InnoSolve 1.75mm filament produced by Innofil3D, is a soluble PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol Compound) 3D printing material, making it a great filament for printing support structures on a dual or triple headed 3D printer. InnoSolve is soluble in cold water and biodegradable.

 

InnoSolve is a natural yellow white in colour.

 

Each Innofil3D InnoSolve spool contains approx. 500g of filament.

Does Innofil3D InnoSolve work with all 3D printers?

Innofil3D InnoSolve filament comes on an open spool (see Tech Specs for spool dimensions) in 1.75mm and 2.85mm diameter. It is suitable for most commercially available leading brands 3D FDM/FFF printers. Please check your specific printer set up, specification and operation of your 3D printer for compatibility.

 

As it is a soluble filament, it has a great application for printing support structures on your part, which can then be dissolved post print in cold water. As such, for this use, InnoSolve would be best on a multiple extruder 3D printer, to allow a 2nd nozzle to be assigned to print in InnoSolve.

 

What are the processing guidelines for Innofil3D InnoSolve  filament?

  • Recommended extruder temperature: 220°C ± 10°C

  • Recommended print speed: 40 - 80mm/s 

 

What is the diameter tolerance?

The diameter tolerance on Innfil3D InnoSolve filament is 2.85mm ± 0.10mm and 1.75 ± 0.05 mm.
